Real Estate FAQs

How many homes should I look at before I make a purchasing decision?

I always say it's about the feel and the clients needs and wants. Sometimes we look at 12 homes before we find the right one, and other times, it's the first one we see. If we sit together and really get specific on your wants, most likely we will only need to look at a few to find your new home.

How do your fees work?

Fees in a real estate transaction are like any other large purchase. You wouldn't settle for a cut rate laser eye doctor, and you shouldn't settle for a cut rate realtor. There are over 1000 pages of real estate forms and you can bet your buyer has an agent who knows each page. Make sure you hire someone who has them memorized.

Can you guarantee me a successful sale?

There aren't any real guarantees in life. What we do guarantee is your complete satisfaction. Our team works for you. We will meet all your needs, answer every question and be available to you 24/7 to ensure that your home is sold for the best price in the least amount of time.

Why should I pay for a realtor when there are flat rate realtors?

It's pretty simple. Flat rate realtors are getting a flat rate, and thus they take on as many clients as they can, and give the minimum amount of time to each, since they are overloaded in order to make a living. Full rate realtors are more picky about the clients they take on and thus are available to give you full and exceptional service.
